      Pros

      possible to work from home, the work itself if not difficult, great co-workers

      Cons

      Lots of promises that will not be kept. Atmosphere of fear. The Aetna Way is touted but never gets beyond words on paper. Work Force Management will be spying on your bathroom time and you will be penalized for taking too long. Salaries and benefits are nothing to shout about. Management spends a lot of time in meetings but are ineffectual at best. Work process that is duplicative and time consuming. Quantity of calls is revered over quality. No room for advancement if you were foolish enough to consider it.

      Good space, interesting products, fast moving field. Little pressure. Core assets are sound. Parent provides investment.

      Cons

      Management - team aren't happy. Poorly led. Competitors are more effective. Lack of focus. Unsure of strategy. Organization does not pull together.
