Solid company with good benefits and positive outlook

* Supportive leadership team, if you raise your hand * Good benefits package, including actually-unlimited PTO * Good culture, with many people working their entire careers here climbing the ladder

Cons

* Salaries are often lower than what the market dictates, though I would consider this a trade-off for a positive culture and work-life balance * Work in silos, though there are active efforts to mitigate this

Good Pay. Not so good management

Remote work with occasional office visits or meetings Decent pay Customers very appreciative of what yo7 do for them.

Cons

No matter how hard or how good you do your job, you are never safe from Layoffs! Upper management doesn't not take criticism or views that aren't their own very well. Upper management always talks down to their team as if talking to their toddler.
