Pros

4-day work week Competitive salary

Cons

Where do I start? Constantly changing (poor) management Yes-men preferred Reductions in Force (layoffs) twice a year, at least, even in good years Never-ending reorganizations Cliques make it feel like high school (you won’t survive for long if you’re not part of the clique) Toxic culture and culture improvement initiatives are childish/ridiculous (“Fun Committee”, “Rally” greeting cards)

Pros

4 day work week; Conyers location

Cons

Everything good about a healthy corporate culture is non-existent here. There is no diversity of thought at the SVP level. There were no consequences to poor business decisions and there has not been any change in leadership considering the company has seen mediocre financial results since 2017 (excluding the appointment of a new CEO). As many have stated, there is a "favorites" network that protects the executive leadership. If you are looking for professional development look elsewhere. There were very few individuals that had the competency to grow and develop their teams. There was no strategic vision that was cast from the top down. Common goals and objectives were obsolete and haphazardly chosen. SVPs were given "stretch" assignments to manage new strategic and important functions without formal training in those functions. Typically, promotion from within is a great quality for an organization; however, the talent pool was so poor and professional development so obsolete that individuals promoted to key positions could not effectively run their functions. Outside perspective and new leadership is key for one to expect significant change to occur to make this a place for a solid career.

Pros

The 4 day work week

Cons

People are promoted based on relationships and favoritism vs. actual skill level and professionalism. HR does not take complaints against upper management seriously. Employees are treated as parts in a machine that can be easily replaceable. Upper management does not show appreciatation for the employees doing the heavy lifting.
