Pros

Positive culture outside of immediate management, lunch delivered and at discount, gym, 10/4 schedule is nice, lab technicians work hard within the environment they are in.

Cons

Terrible boss (completely incompetent in almost every aspect), hard to do job properly and motivate team with stifling immediate management, exhausting experience nearly every day.
