I haven't been with Acuity long but so far I am loving the experience. The management team is great and proves daily that they care about us. The little things they do really do matter.

Cons

The work expected is a lot, but they more than make up for it with the benefits.

Cons

I do feel privileged to work here, but with the cost of living where it is, I’m still drowning financially. I’m currently looking for a second job because even with my stingy lifestyle, I barely make ends meet every month.

It was great having quarterly lunches with a group of about 20 different department employees and 1 of the corporate officers. Discussions were business and personal. They give regular gifts, most are awesome, some a little over the top. Definitely not necessary but I appreciated them.

Cons

I saw a lot of favoritism by management. I worked very hard and took great pride in the work I did.
