Pros
Acuity is very unique in its amazing benefits and culture. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
Cons
Acuity spouts leading with heart but what I experienced was far from it. Leadership is disconnected and are unwilling to listen to their team. They are unbending. Their KPIs are poor and don’t really make sense, when I asked why errors from all processes count against you but not all the tasks you do correctly count I wasn’t given a clear answer other than that is how they measure. When I was struggling with a dying family member right out of training I was put on a PIP. When I asked for weekly meetings I was told they were too busy. I was continuously left extremely stressed and hanging, and often times targeted. Many coworkers felt the same but felt stuck because of the benefits.
