What they do is cool.

After hiring me, they decided that they did not want someone to help them find the many problems I would have found in a full company audit. Lotsa problems here.

Your co-workers will be good people

Cons

Higher up management does not have IT background. You will always be made to feel like a slave. You will be treated like dirt. You will never see gratitude for what you do. Management never appreciates their staff, and this will never change. You will be underpaid and you won't see appropriate bonuses. Don't even think about joining, because it will be the worst decision of your life.
