Pros

Great work experience, the management is really good and supportive. No pressure is put on you, and a lot of activities arranged to build up team spirit. I definitely recommend it.

Cons

The only cons is that the salary is quiet low, and you are sometimes asked to do overtime without your extra hours being paid off.

Pros

Hours are flexible as long as the job gets done and on time. Working remotely is an option. The company is not that large so you can generally get work done without significant bureaucratic interference. Employees are generally fun to work with, talented and have a positive outlook.

Cons

Company has gone through a lot of leadership changes and shifts as of late and has had some tumultuous history which has led to some problems within the organization. The latest change in leadership has started to impose structure and order to a long disordered organization though so things appear to be getting better!
