Vacation/sick time occurred 3.7 a pay period, management (people in leadership positions who shouldn’t be in those positions due to temperament & lack of experience/knowledge) hostile work environment, high turnover.

Cons

HR leadership is only looking out for the County not you as an employee. Watch your back. Take notes of all interactions. Operations Director, Solid Waste Department Deputy Director do not support other managers or staff.
