      Pros

      I value the open lines of communication I have with my superiors. I get to do work I love on a daily basis. We have a good team dynamic in our workplace.

      Pros

      All the Resources available to us as we add more advertising oppurtunities. I feel a connection to other employees in different locations. I like to cross sell and it makes it so much easier when I know who I am working with. I also value our Tech service. If I need anything they are quickly fixing it for me.

      Cons

      Stop cutting staff across our region. I have nobody that can fill in for me if I want to take any time off. When I do manage to take PTO I have to stay connected to my emails and phone calls as I have nobody that can fill in for me.

      Pros

      In Janesville they are a family orientated place to work which is nice. It is nice to have an employer care about you and your family since that is not the norm.

      Cons

      Communication problem. Need improve as soon as possible
