      Pros

      I work with an amazing team, I feel I have opportunities for growth. Regional publishers/presidents are always supportive. I feel I have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Wish we have better medical benefits but I also understand the costs to the company and that is is similar to other companies plans.
