Pros

Since I have been an employee with AGP, I love the competitive salary and benefits, along with the work-Life balance which allows us time with family while not thinking about work. The many opportunities the company has for growth and development. There are many positive colleagues with APG which outweigh the ones that are not so positive. The company has allows recognized and shown appreciation to the ones who go above and beyond in helping to make the company a success.

Cons

I am happy and fulfilled working here. However, I feel more company wide team building & training would be nice. Also, maybe having more employees in departments that are stretched thin.

The proximity to home, easy commute, respect from mgmt, overall culture is good. Management recognizes effort to succeed, is willing to help you get there, and has.

Cons

Communication is where we sometimes stumble - and it goes both ways.

No retention concept, loosing good people. very poor direction from upper management. Often told "my hands are tied" when it comes cooperate direction.
