      Pros

      All of my coworkers are very helpful and passionate about this job. I get the chance to further my career after a year, by doing the internship program. And it gives me the chance to help others and give them the desire to want to stay clean and sober.

      Pros

      The team I work with are amazing. I feel supported by management however I do feel limited in being able to grow within the company by this is due to logistics.

      Cons

      More involvement from the executive team to satellite offices. These offices can sometimes feel excluded from Roseburg.

      Pros

      I love how supportive everyone is, they are always looking out for you. Everyone works so hard to help patients and listens actively to their woes. As a patient and an employee, I am happy with both my service and my employment.

      Cons

      I feel as though some of the behavioral health aspects in Adapt can improve. I've heard of and dealt with less than satisfactory help.
