      I love the fact that our Director supports us in every way that he can and within his means. I value the work that we do helping youth, and I also value my co workers.

      Pros

      I think leadership tries their best to ensure a positive working environment (at least on the youth and family team). I appreciate that they take the time to listen to concerns and work to improve.

      Cons

      There are staff that have been employed for years that are taking advantage of the system, not doing their jobs, not showing up for work, and there are rarely repercussions. This causes the good employees to pick up the slack and/or leave due to the environment.

      Pros

      What I like & value the most about working at Adapt is the combination of all of the above factors. I really enjoy the people and atmosphere and greatly appreciate the appreciation and flexibility regarding the Work Life Balance, benefits and pay are great and always room for change and growth.

      Cons

      More education and training for all employees and duties assigned to them and more communication is always a plus.
