Addison Group is truly a 'people first' company -- it is a joy to work with great people across many different teams here! The culture and support is VERY strong and makes the ups and downs of the job (any job!) more enjoyable.

Cons

More recognition of additional holidays off would be nice!

Great Place To Get Into Staffing Industry

Pros

All the teams are experienced recruiters/ Business Development Managers. The training really helps you master the industry. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone wants to help each other succeed. Commission Structure and Pay are great as well.

Cons

I would like a built in WFH day instead of having it with milestones but this doesn't effect my enjoyment/ day to day of the role.
