Pros

Fun environment, answers all questions, wants you to do well.

Cons

Constant inappropriate talk in the office (sex, drugs, drinking, etc) BDMS in charge of success (when they have lack of experience) , not enough resources. They are OK with clients being racist and sexist. They only care about Qaunity of calls. It's all a number game here, which I expect in sales, but give recruiters a chance to excel. Oh AND a 40,000 dollar base for hustling day in a day out is LOW AF.

We appreciate your feedback. We value our employees and make it a priority to provide a safe, positive, and productive work environment that allows employees to grow both personally and professionally. Addison Group's base salaries range from office to office based on cost of living. While staffing is a commissions-based industry, Addison Group provides a competitive salary/benefits package.

Pros

The group of people are incredibly fun and outgoing. There is never a dull moment in the office and a lot of big personalities.

Cons

There are many frustrations. 1) Compensation is incredibly poor. The company wants to attract and retain top talent but the base salaries are severely low. 2) Benefits are poor (but an industry norm) 3) Expectations are very high, for a very low compensation. 4) The environment often reverts to a frat house mentality - it I fun, but too much at times.

I regret to hear that you had this experience at Addison Group. Addison Group prides itself on the training/resources offered to our employees and focus on the team as opposed to the individual. We always strive to improve, so this feedback is helpful as we look at our structure and expectations from leadership.

Pros

Fast paced, office and team outings. Corporate does care about employees. Training and on boarding is beneficial if your manager allows you to take time out of your day to take it seriously and complete it.

Cons

Unprofessional and immature management overall. Managers sleeping with employees, even managers who have significant others. More of a "college frat house" mentality then professional environment, you get teased and bullied if you don't go to happy hours and if you do go but don't drink, more bullying. Managers care more about themselves than about the office or company in total. More of a only "say the right thing", not do the right thing mentality. Only doing the right thing when top leadership is there in the office that week. Overall just an Awful, negative, and toxic environment. "Team members" go behind your back and stab you because they're commission hungry. But if your managers friends with their manager, nothing gets said. Nobody's there to speak up for the employees. Managers expect you to work 24/7. They guilt trip you for taking time for doctors appointments and for taking your earned days off. I'm surprised and saddened that the Nashville office is still open and running with the management that's there. With the amount of scandals and different things that have happened this past year, it's sad that Corporate Leadership hasn't stepped in and done a reboot.
