Pros

Young, energetic environment. Gain recruitment and sales experience. Will promote from within. Fun office outings, happy hours, etc

Cons

Unprofessional environment Technical depth is lacking Churn and burn, "what have you done for me lately" environment. High producers don't necessarily make good managers.

Pros

Pros: -wonderful working and personal relationships -once you get the job down you can do it in your sleep -lots of team celebrations (if you are close with your team) -flexibility if you need to be remote, sick, appts family etc. -fun in office activities -room for growth -supportive atmosphere -business casual attire, really can wear whatever just don't look like a hobo lol -volunteer opportunites -full health benefits, 401k, etc. -lots of laughs and teamwork

Cons

Cons: -too many managers to report to/need approval for things on, too many people with a management title in general -additional work/jobs added to your workload with no bump in pay (you are told this is a stepping stone to a promotion) -LONG wait times for much deserved compensation/promotions -sick time has to be accrued and then they erase it at the first of the year if you don't use it, so if you usually get sick in the early months you have no pto for that unless you want to eat into your vacation pto (it's separate) -really difficult to plan and pay for activities as managers have to come together to expense things; they've gotten very strict on this as there has been layoffs -some of the managers really don't know what they are doing and don't listen to your concerns at all -rewards mainly go to those who are in a producing and sales role and you have to have a really high number to even get those rewards, not much incentives for other employees -in recruiting/sales if you aren't hitting your impossible numbers they will put you on a PIP so they can fire you
