Incredible opportunity to earn, commission structure is set up to reward hard work. Addison truly gives you the tools to succeed financially. Training is TOP NOTCH and office culture is great. Fast-paced environment where mindset and attitude make a huge difference. Great place to build a strong work ethic and sales foundation.

Cons

No remote flexibility — this is an in-office role with high expectations for presence and activity. Not a role for someone looking for a passive 9-to-5 experience.
