Company is a large size and overall well established

Cons

Depending on team and management, be prepared to be on the phone and on calls all day everyday. Also staffing agency recruiting tactics and training here is somewhat nonethical and you were trained to lie to people regarding interview status, pay, etc.

-Room for growth -Strong team environment in Minne as an entire office (potlucks, volunteering, happy hours, team building, etc) -Know my manager very well, very approachable leadership team

Cons

Just know this is a producer role, so if numbers and hitting KPIs easily stresses you out, this may not be the right industry for you. If you want to be challenged and grow, this is a great office to do that!
