Pros

You can make great friends because everyone is young and miserable. Learn on your own or die.

Cons

It's an agency. They'll promise you the world and deliver a stale donut. The HireStrategy part of the company is sort of better, but ultimately the higher ups just put a lot of unrealistic expectations on folks and get rich in the process, while the young people who are actually doing the work are treated like crud. They'll get your base salary as low as possible and then squeeze you dry beyond that, while always promising more - that you'll "pop" one day and your desk will be amazing. Sure, you can get what you put into it. But you have to put in a LOT and treat people like dirt in the process.

Pros

Great commission structure compared to other agencies Room for internal movement if you want to stay with the company Good dental benefits

Cons

Drinking is part of the culture It can be stressful not knowing much information about the companies or "clients" you are representing The timelines to have a candidate start a position/interview/etc. are typically pretty tight which is also stressful Health benefits aren't great

Joke of a company

Pros

The company does have a sparse amount of decent jobs for direct hires and contractors.

Cons

This is not a serious company. For low paying one to two-month temp positions, they make you jump through a bunch of hoops, like interviews, background checks, and reference checks. After you jump through hoops they string you along for weeks and then tell you the contract has been canceled. These people are a pathetic joke. I would only recommend this joke of a company if they are the only option available to you and you are extremely desperate.
