At Addition Financial our business results are important to drive stability for our members and to ensure our team members have the right environment to deliver top notch service. Our results and high level of service have opened the door for a merger with another credit union and we continue to offer stability and career growth through our own increasing footprint. In order to deliver the best service to our members we ensure that they are familiar with all of the great products we have to help members in every phase of their lives. There is a strong focus on product knowledge and sharing that knowledge. We strive to motivate our team members by making it fun to learn about products through training and our annual Product Knowledge competition.
