Pros

- Professional work environment with good teammates. People are willing to help and learning is encouraged. - Department managers have their restrictions and any change needs to be approved by top management which is why we were always putting out fire than taking precautions in advance. -Good benefits -OK vacation and sick time

Cons

-Limited growth due to the size of business. Starting pay is OK but then that's it. -Depending on your department, will be your workload. I worked at Lake Mary head office and we are always short staffed. They are constantly hiring people but more keep leaving. -Wise not be here for long as all your work buddies that you started with will leave after a year. -Constant technical issue. ALL THE TIME!. You are expected to be in code red everyday which can take toll in your personal health. -NO ONE knows where we are heading. Let's throw things in the wall and see what sticks. You will start looking for exit after 1 year for sure. -You are never certain about your requested time off even if you submitted it weeks ahead but scheduling will work with you but their hands are tied too. - lot of our members aren't the best example of mankind. You will deal with people who is trying to attempt fraud and/or trying to play the system.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Our Contact Center team members work incredibly hard to provide exceptional service, especially over the last year with consistently high call volumes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and we appreciate you being part of that team. We would like to address a few of your comments for the benefit of others reading this. Regarding growth, we are incredibly proud to share that over 50% of our positions are filled internally through transfers and promotions. While the pandemic has certainly kept us busy with an increased call volume, our turnover hasn't changed much - in fact, our average employee tenure is over 8 years with many 15, 20, 25, and 30 year team members. We're sorry to hear your experience wasn't entirely positive, but appreciate your feedback and wish you well in your next role!

Pros

- job security - lots of PTOs: vacation days, sick leaves, paid holidays - low stress and pressure, low expectation - decent benefit package

Cons

- salary sucks, tend to underpay people with advanced education, favor experience over education (ironically, CFE stands for Central Florida Educators). Annual performance reviews gives a raise equal to inflation rate! - too much politics and hierachy, you only get recognized or promoted if you know and talk to the “right” people and make a big deal of yourself and department. Senior managers sit on an isolated third floor that has everything nicer and better to emphasize their positions and power. Favorism is everywhere. - very conservative and resistent to changes. They’re rebranding but don’t believe them, everything is the same except for the coming higher fee (eventually, just wait for it) - do not focus on customers/members or employees - very inflexible in work hours, formal dresscode even for support office.
