• change in leadership at the executive level each year for the last 3 years. Additionally, there's been at least 3 major "restructuring" of the entire US organization in the last 3 years.
• in my personal experience, I've never had a formal annual or biannual performance review with my manager since I've been here (3+ years).

By sharing these cons, I want to share with anyone potentially looking to join the company as these are things that I was not aware of prior to joining the company and was unpleasantly surprised by these widely accepted behaviors. Proceed with caution if you're thinking of joining the company internally!
