Day to day is manageable. There’s money to be made if you work diligently.

Cons

Lots of KPIs. You can get a manager that micromanages you. Leadership is not innovative. They are stuck in their ways of doing things for 20 years. If you do propose a new system or ask for support, don’t count on getting it.
