Pros

Great team, amazing management. There will always be something to do and you will find yourself learning a lot. Also, great if you are going to school and have online and night classes like I do.

Cons

Also it takes initiative if you want to move up to a Lead role. Sometimes things can get a little hectic.

Pay is good, some employees are nice

Cons

Lack of communication, they lie on you, they don't have the resources to train you to be a manager, if the executives make a mistake on the judgement of you they will have you fired quickly. It doesn't matter how good of a job you do. This is not a trustworthy company!!!!
