      Work/Life balance is good depending on the department and boss. Have had good and bad experiences with this, but mostly good.

      Cons

      Getting a title bump or market rate pay is like pulling teeth.

      1. Well managed company with a great culture overall 2. Clear vision and corporate strategy coupled with consistent execution 3. Excellent compensation, benefits and rewards programs 4. Superior onsite amenities (gym, cafes, facilities and services) 5. Generous time off programs - PTO, sabbaticals, and shutdowns 6. Stock price continues to rise

      1. Working remote is discouraged 2. Promotions and recognition limited to whether you fit into the circle 3. Not all groups operate in line with corporate values related to culture, work life balance and diversity of thinking 4. Too few women and minorities in management (mostly only Caucasian or Indian males)
