Good benefits - educational reimbursement, good medical and dental coverage Smart people - some really inteligent and creative minds work there Community minded - Adobe believes in giving back to the community, including volunteer time and charity donations Pro-innovation - employees are encouraged to think of new ways to innovate and file for patents on behalf of the company for new inventions

Heavy handed on process Management doesn't always listen to employees - this can sometimes limit creativity, learning, and innovation Long hours if you work with offshore teams
