Pros

Adobe treats its people insanely well, and it makes you enjoy coming to work every day. Through the different benefits they offer, the events they throw, and their insane campus in Lehi, you feel like you work in a Fortune 100 tech firm.

Cons

Internal mobility is tough, especially in the sales organization. It is easier to boomerang back into Adobe to get a better job than to stay and move up.
