Pros

Made the leap to Adobe and it was one of the best decisions of my career. Adobe is an innovative company with great leadership. Amazing products. They really care about their employees. Good work life balance. Great compensation. Makes me want to go above and beyond.

Cons

Adobe has grown fast and they haven’t really built processes and mindsets that can scale. This is being worked on but a side effect is that there are a lot of inefficient processes that slow things down.

Pros

Work life balance, opportunities to move to other internal teams, clear path to promotion, growth opportunities for what you're interested in (not just want your manager wants you to accomplish), executive mentorship programs, volunteer programs, the list really goes on

Cons

The hybrid work policy is a bit fuzzy right now, it seems like something leadership is scrutinizing but individual orgs are pushing their own philosophies. *most* offices are a bore to attend, so that makes for difficult motivation to visit regularly. Exceptions are San Jose and San Francisco.
