Cons

there is nothing specific to Adobe that can be considered bad. Policies are good. Management listens to problems. Team events and parties have decreased though.

1. Great People and awesome work culture. 2. Capable leadership. 3. Adobe takes a lot of care for the talent and I am one of the recent example of it. I get in other company after spending almost 4 years with Adobe but the leadership was supportive in rehiring me back and was able to provide the related salary and the role to get me back within a month. I really want to endorse AGS India and sales velocity within AGS to be a great place for employees. The leadership of AGS India and Sales Velocity really take care of the people and put an extra effort in retaining talent. Kuddos to the team. 4. Enough growth opportunities if you are a performer and innovator.

Nothing as such. I love working for Adobe. Great people, products, culture and facilities.
