      Great culture, employee friendly, perks and free food :). An experience to work with world leading products

      Cons

      Role clarity, non engineering roles are not very exciting , might feel slow for people joining in certain roles, mostly standard protocols

      Pros

      Innovation going on everywhere, no limit to what you can do. Lots of resources available to gain knowledge and improve skills. Good perks, awesome free food and taxi. Chilled out environment, freedom to do your work your style and decide your own goals.

      Cons

      Few growth opportunities. Adobe puts in big money in almost all areas be it the IT tools, transport system or catering services but most of it is not managed. Some of the info is kept hidden from employees like leave structure, conversion of a contractual employee to a full time employee.
