      Pros

      Adobe gives you lot of freedom to chose what kind of work or team you want to work in. Since there are multiple products, therefore without changing the company you can just change the team for better exposure and experience.

      Cons

      Since it is based in north India, therefore Adobe India doesn't have any tough competition, and it leverages it's geographical location, and sometimes appraisals are not that good. Though if you are top performer, then stocks given are good.

      Pros

      Fast paced, constant change, amazing technology, and great leadership team. Really cementing position as THE platform for digital marketers

      Cons

      Whilst change is good, sometimes there's too much. Course correction is a constant and the usual quarterly pressures apply
