Pros

- Some of the best people to work with - Infra/facilites are decent (gym, sports etc) - Safe and respectful place

Cons

- Salaries are not normalised so even though the salary-band for your grade is good, you may not be with-in it and that is kind of unfair - Little flexibility on working from home. 40 hours week in office is mandatory even though you may be taking calls from home or working during weekend etc.

Pros

Good environment to work. Lots of smart, pleasant people. The company has huge resources to throw at a problem when its organised to do so. It can be incredibly exciting, challenging and cutting edge place to be.

Cons

In the consultancy arm there was no longer a solid methodology for completing projects. It was all about pushing license sales rather than helping customers. This short term view was damaging the perception of the company across numerous clients.
