Pros

A lot of smart people work here so there is no shortage of talent and experience to learn from. You get to interact and work with all the stakeholders very closely. Adobe is great at taking care its employees. It provides great pay, good health plan , regular events keep everyone interested and there is a freedom to work in the way it pleases you.

Cons

With inclusion of a lot of new people, Adobe has lowered the standard of people they are hiring. The standard of discussions among the peers is reduced a great deal. Apart from this, there is a lot of stagnation in the older projects. If you are trapped in one of those, there is no scope of innovation or growth .

Pros

* Awesome work culture. Everyone is very helpful. HR are gr8 * People are fun loving from top to bottom. Managers are friendly * Low work pressures * Work will be good if you are in a good team. You can apply patents and innovation is present. * Great compensation in Dev. Only MS, Google, Amazon, startups can beat it. * Delhi NCR * Best looking crowd with great density ( ;) ), compared to most of the tech majors(MS/Google/Amazon)

Cons

* Middle level managers have service company mentality wanting to please their masters from US. * No work means no learning and politics if you are stuck in wrong team. * Not much vertical growth because most employees dont leave. * US trips are rare and involve lot of politics * Useless stress on Patents (specific to India ) and managers will actually tell you to even fake them to file one. This is because you get money and managers get credit if team files patents. No wonder ex-cto(Kevin) even pointed out that most of patents from India are useless for company. * If in wrong team, you may end up working on techs which are outdated * Very few IITians stay in the company because of quality of work. * Company lacks clear direction & most of the products it creates are shut down in few years.
