      Good work Talented & highly technical people. Decent salary, Good perks & stock options.

      Cons

      It all depends on people with whom you are working. One team might have great manager & other can have the worst possible one. One team can be fun to be with & other can be intolerable. It all depends on the people around you & this is mostly true for any other company as well.
