Pros

The work life balance here is excellent though some teams ( especially those working on newer features) might have to spend a weekend or two here. You're exposed not only to the entire gamut of technologies that the market currently has( adobe has numerous new projects and is constantly updating. So there is always a plethora of new technologies to sift through) but the company really believes in keeping employees at all levels engaged with the end user and hence the business side of things. Whenever the company takes a leap forward in newer domains, employees are updated about the same. Such engagement really broadens your horizons.

Cons

I hardly think there is a con working at adobe unless you're part of some ancient product line up which is going to be discarded. Even then you can always switch teams
