      Pros

      This is a great place to roll up your sleeves, get dirty, learn and become a fixture in the industry. The industry is fluid and so is the team, so be prepared to strap in for the real start-up experience! Meaning doing real work, under real pressure and achieving amazing heights.

      Cons

      Don't come here if you are looking for an easy job. If you are looking for your own barista, you aren't cut out for start-ups.

      A disorganized mess with a weak culture and poor management.

      Pros

      Data-driven audio advertising automation has potential, although the market today is still very small.

      Cons

      The company is cheap and incredibly disorganized, especially when it comes to marketing and CRM. Senior management is clueless. The "culture" is a disaster, and is surpassed by almost every other startup in the bay area. Expectations do not match market reality, and this causes morale to suffer greatly.

      Pros

      Some flexibility about working from home. Good products.

      Cons

      - Serious gap between executive management and the rest of the company. CEO and CTO come from Belgium where its very hierarchical. Old style management. North America President is afraid to say anything because he is hoping to retire with big $$$. He swaps everything under the carpet. CEO says he wants feedback and gets pissed when someone says the true-very defensive, cant tolerate being wrong) Small office. No one talks to each other. They hire good tech people and the rest are brown-noses
