NONE, if like like working long hours, been unappreciated, and expected to do the work of 3 people its a great place to work.

Cons

Too many to list, management looks to get rid of anyone for any reason. 14-16 hours a day 7 days a week is the normal work expectations and to be be ready to come in at a moments notice even after working those hours.

Everything here has a temporary feel - very revolving door atmosphere. The management is out of touch. The way groups are organized makes them very ineffective - so most employees are not able to derive any meaning from their jobs (other than paycheck and modest benefits)

This is one place that proves that the grass is greener in the other side. There are many openings because everyone is quitting and they can't find any replacements.

Cons

Equipment in not reliable; anything that is new is also cheap and in turn, not reliable, talent is impossible to retain. Often you find yourself working long hours in a high stress and unrewarding atmosphere. Pretty poor working conditions for operators.
