As stated above, this company values women in engineering more than hard working and knowledgeable employees that don’t fit their narrative. This is a big reason their stock is trash and their ratings are so low. There have been so many engineers that have worked long hours, weekends, and nights to hold the company together that got absolutely nothing in return. Meanwhile, all female engineers, no matter if they are great (and there are some that are great don’t get me wrong) or garbage at their positions get special treatment, invites to honorary events, and get to attend special women only meetings. Erin Kane is immature, emotional, and childish. She has fired and pushed out some of the best Engineers that have ever worked at that company, solely for disagreeing with her. They have set people up to commit safety violations to make firing them easier. The company setup a model to hire young engineers, underpay them for 2-3 years, which makes them leave, then hire a new group of young engineers to repeat the cycle. This has worked for the last 8 years. However now, they have screwed over so many people that the spots they used to fill are now vacant.
