My center manager was nice

Cons

DDO and RDO are horrible. They will degrade you and threaten your job security if your KPI isn't where they want it. You can report abusive behavior to HR and ER but literally nothing is done. They only care about corporate employees those working in the field apparently don't deserve respect or human decency.
