Pros

Depending on what managers you have it can be a great job. We get bonuses and it’s pretty easy to take off. Overall it’s a pretty good place to work I wouldn’t turn down an offer compared to other places it just depends on your area and preference

Cons

The hours are horrible. The company itself does not care about its employees

Pros

Lots of benefits options and several employer paid ones as well. All bank holidays off. Very family oriented and great people to work with.

Cons

Health insurance is so-so. They get everyone excited about new products we’re going to be offering, but then we don’t hear anything else for a long time and launch dates get pushed back further and further. Seems lots of ideas that aren’t able to be executed well.
