Pros

My customers are what have kept me at AA this long! I love my customers and my employees!

Cons

My collections are NEVER good enough. Sales are NEVER good enough. You are NEVER holding enough checks! Heaven forbid something goes wrong that was out of your control,,,,but you are still held accountable for everything! I have wasted too much time at this place....missed weddings, birthdays, and funerals because I couldn't have off. I put my life on hold for a company that doesnt give a crap for their employees or customers. Don't waste your life for this place....get the heck out while the getting is good!

Upper mangement needs a reality check

Pros

Steady Paycheck. Meeting interesting people.

Cons

-Corporate should make more store visits to see what's really going on with their own eyes. Get rid of all the crooked and unprofessional people in upper management that are lacking integrity. -DDO's and RDO's cover up so much it's unbelievable! Instead of judging people because of the way they look, take their experience and what they can contribute to the company. Also, if so much more is required in the job title, pay should be raised. There are so many rules and guidelines you have to follow to work for this company, yet they don't want to pay. -With the company growing most centers are understaffed, but upper management (DDO's) claim they are not. The company is unorganized and unstructured and spends too much time worrying over trivial and tedious tasks, yet preach about time management. The setup is a teller-like/bank atmosphere instead of a one on one conversation with the customer to "determine their need's. Upper management often contradict themselves, wanting you to build rapport with customers and assess the customers' needs, yet demands that you get the customers in and out as quickly as possible. Upper management watches you on 24/7 on camera. The company's mission statement promotes principle of respect, yet upper management treats you with none. Upper management exhibits favoritism and approach certain situations in an unprofessional manner. The work environment is very hostile. You work long shifts often by yourself for a company who says their main concern is safety. The pay is way below the work load.

Pros

Because we have a loyal customer base, you get to know your customers very well and they can be very nice.

Cons

Management stance: It's me and you, until it's me or you! Exactly what it means. When there is a dispute on how something is done you are thrown to the wolves. At a meeting, management laughed when it was discussed that a team member was shot during a robbery.
