Pros

Good initial training program for new hires if you are in a larger market. Relatively good hours. Closed on Sundays and all holidays. Most of the people in the centers and the customers are nice to work with.

Cons

Over the past year there has been impending legislation that has thrown the company into a tailspin. The direction changes everyday, yesterday you were doing it fine; today you are doing it wrong. They manage by fear now with the threat of disciplinary action for everything. They are closing centers and downsizing many positions.

Pros

Paid Holidays, can take payments over the phone (sometimes) when you are left alone no one hovering over you constantly criticizing your every move. Just to have a job is a pro until it gets ridiculous.

Cons

As an Assistant Manager the company policy is that you do majority transactions while the manager twiddles their thumbs. No real health benefits. Audits are a pain. I experienced harrasment discrimination and the employees there have some of the worst attitudes you will ever come across. Everyone is out for themselves there is no team work. Majority of the time you are left alone in the store and held responsible for others mistakes. You are constantly being recorded by corporate and upper management. If a problem occurs regardless of what's right or wrong and how much proof they have the company will always do what's convenient for them. You have to work on Saturday's never get 2 days off in a row unless you begg for it. No real help with problems you come across but you will be held accountable for any mistakes made. Constantly doing unnecessary busy work will make you do 5 different work sheets with the same store numbers. I always brought work home and still struggling with bills. Always unappreciated no matter how flawless my work or work ethics where. Under trained Management that have absolutely no people skills and are not professional or fair. Marketing is pointless and annoying being that they expect so much to be done in the morning. While I was there the people who quit out numbered the people who got fired stores where constantly short of employees. When that happens your expected to drive a hour out your way to cover the store. Collection calls are overloaded. If there is a serious problem in the store upper management will do their best to avoid it with hopes that the person or people quit or gets fired with a reason that will protect the company from dishing out unemployment. I found this job to be complete torture overwhelmed all the time.

Pros

Enjoyed working in the centers with the teams. Most of them were eager to work hard, learn and grow. A lot of the customers were pleasant as well.

Cons

Senior management led by fear and intimidation. It had all the employees down to the customer service reps looking over their shoulder in any situation. Not an environment of trust, performance and growth. They wanted to hire all positions from the outside, not giving any chance for center employees to advance.
