Growing company but most management has been there a long time and does not know how to adjust to the growth.

Marketing for this company by employee I think is wrong the should be able to market on tv and other place instead of putting employee in harm way. Their collection call is a waste of time cause if the person is not going to come back and pay their is nothing that can be done about. They also could improve their way of dealing with employee, DDO's are very nasty treat employee like they don't care for you. It's to much work to be done on a daily basics that you can't never get all of it done in one day. To call off sick you have to bring a doctor note for one day.
