      Was Good, Then felt like a used Car Salesmen.

      Pros

      Family Oriented. Will always allow you to take care of sick babies at home. Bosses are very understanding of family problems etc etc. This company was always very understanding of many of my co-worker's needing to take care of kids.

      Cons

      The atmosphere changed, shifted. Went from being customer service focused, to sales focused. They only wanted us to sell sell sell, no matter the cost. Always wanted us to push products on customers even awful products that the customer didn't want. If you're a great salesmen, more power to you.

      Pros

      Benefits, paid vacation, off Sunday's and major holidays.

      Cons

      We are staring new employees in at more than what employees that have been there for years are making. This isn't Right! Expectations are crazy! Corporate needs to get in a location and see what it's all about. Too many daily duties to even try to finish. We need more staff in these locations. Very stressful work environment.
