Pros
Flexible schedule, Sundays off (for now) I don't have any more pros even though it's trying to make me add some.
Cons
Worst management I have ever experienced ANYWHERE. How does senior management not know that their DDOs are treating everyone like inferior prison inmates instead of employees. Or do they just not care? These people have no idea how to talk to people much less manage them. I was raised to believe it doesn't matter how much money either of us make or what our title is I'm not better than anyone else, but no one else is better than me either. Allll DDOs need to be given that chat.
