      I need to apologize, 7 months ago I complained and made some derogatory comments against Advance America after only being employed six weeks.....

      Cons

      since then I have realize that with the support from my DDO Laura and RDO Gary that this company really cares to help me grow and focus on what we do and I believe that we help the consumer in many ways , I have done a complete 180 to say that this is the a great company to work for! Yes all companies in today's economy may have a high rate of turn over but I do not want to leave and through all of my training, interactions with great customers I would like to grow with Advance America!!

      Pros

      Able to move up in the business. When you get hired on you get to choose how much you get paid if it's fair enough.

      Cons

      They change by the fly. Managers are above are back and forth with what they want.
