      You learn how to delegate and organize your day

      Cons

      Getting everything done that they want done everyday. There are certain things that are to be done everyday and those things can not be done when something else is demanded before you can even start your day to day routine.

      My peer group was exceptional! Very helpful and supportive. The annual meeting was laid out very well and was motivating!

      Cons

      All levels of Management should know their numbers and the cause and effect of not meeting budget. This isn't a requirement at Advance America.

      Pros

      Depends on where you are at but it's a good company to work for. The company values and leadership are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      There is no work/home life balance. The hours are bad. Sometimes, it's hard to get promoted. They don't always promote from within. Communications break down a lot as do the computers crashing.
