      Pros

      Because we have a loyal customer base, you get to know your customers very well and they can be very nice.

      Cons

      Management stance: It's me and you, until it's me or you! Exactly what it means. When there is a dispute on how something is done you are thrown to the wolves. At a meeting, management laughed when it was discussed that a team member was shot during a robbery.

      Good leadership, friendly atmosphere, employee growth potential, corporate culture. Good experience.

      Cons

      Benefits were marginal, and pay rate was below market.
