Flexible scheduling, benefits, good pay, supportive staff and management, bonus programs. There is plenty of room for advancement. There always seems to be fun incentives going on.

Cons

I really have not experienced any cons working for this company.

Pros

Great schedule, awesome supervisor, fabulous upper management who actually care and listen. Over all a great team to work with while being able to learn many new things. I've been taught many things and my goal was to learn more about business and budgeting and this job helps me fulfill my goal to the fullest. What I appreciate most is that the team at a center level can be flexible to my personal life if for some reason something happens that needs to be taken care of. So many workplaces don't care and assign you as a number but from my experience, Advance America is completely opposite and cares about your success.

Cons

Sometimes communication can be a little difficult but I see it improving every day.
